A new website in 2–3 weeks—priced before you sign.
Live calculator on the onboarding form. Flat rate stays flat. Source code goes with you on delivery.
A site that's actually finished, not just live.
We build for performance, readability, and maintainability—not just for the demo.
-
Flat rate locked before you sign
The onboarding form shows the flat rate live, before you commit. What's in the contract is what you pay—not a cent more.
-
Custom-built, not assembled
No theme-plus-twenty-plugins stack. Clean code that respects your content and doesn't hand data off to third parties unless you specifically asked for it.
-
Performance verified before launch
Core Web Vitals are measured and recorded before hand-off. If the site's slow, it doesn't go live.
-
Source code goes with you
Once the flat rate's paid in full, you get the complete source (Git access or ZIP) plus a hand-off document. No hostage contracts.
-
14-day acceptance window
After we deliver, you have two weeks to review and flag defects. Final balance only charges after you've signed off.
-
Multi-locale ready when you need it
EN, DE, more—without plugin gymnastics. Clean URL structure and proper hreflang from day one.
Six clear steps—no mystery meetings.
You always know where your project stands. No status calls billed at $50/hr.
-
1Step 1 · ~15 minutes
Onboarding form
You pick scope, languages, design level, and features. The price calculator shows the result live; the flat rate locks us in.
-
2Step 2 · 30 minutes
Discovery call (optional)
If you want one, we'll talk through tone, must-haves, and questions before kickoff. Not required—skip it and we work from the form plus email.
-
3Step 3 · 5 minutes
Deposit + signed agreement
25% deposit secures your slot. The Build Agreement renders in the onboarding step, you sign there, and we email a PDF—including the GDPR processor annex.
-
4Step 4 · 2–3 weeks typical
We build
We start as soon as the deposit lands; we don't wait on brand assets to begin—those can come in parallel. Daily commits, weekly status.
-
5Step 5 · 14 days
Acceptance
You get an acceptance link. Click to accept, or flag specific defects—we'll fix them. The final balance only charges after acceptance.
-
6Step 6 · 5 business days
Hand-off + (optional) maintenance
Source code + hand-off doc come to you. Optional: subscribe to a maintenance plan—updates, backups, monitoring at a flat monthly rate. View maintenance plans →

Questions that come up every time.
What happens if the project takes longer than expected?
Flat rate stays flat. If we underestimate, that's our risk, not yours. Delays caused by outstanding cooperation from you (e.g. missing brand assets) extend the timeline by the wait time—that's the only exception.
What if I want to change the scope?
Fine, by mutual agreement, in writing. The flat rate and the delivery date adjust accordingly—you see the new number before we proceed.
Can I back out before the deposit?
Yes. Up to the kickoff email (i.e. before we start work), the deposit is fully refundable—minus Stripe fees and the statutory damages allowance (§ 648 BGB).
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Once the flat rate is paid in full we hand over the complete source (Git access or ZIP) within five business days, plus brand assets, content, and a hand-off doc. No hostage contracts.
Is the site GDPR-clean?
If hosted on our German servers (Hetzner Falkenstein) yes—including the GDPR Art. 28 processor annex as part of the contract. If you self-host, that's on you; we provide a hand-off guide.
BFSG (German accessibility law)?
We apply common best practices oriented toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA during the build. Ongoing conformity monitoring belongs in a separate maintenance agreement.
Can I have WordPress?
Yes, on request. Default is our PHP/Twig stack (server-rendered, no JavaScript framework, faster than WordPress out of the box). If you need WordPress, say so in onboarding—we'll build it cleanly, not from the plugin pool.
What's different from an agency?
Flat rate instead of hourly, fixed timeline instead of an open roadmap, source-code hand-off without renegotiation, contract before kickoff instead of at the end. More background: View services →
