Public bodies and nonprofits order from us through an individual offer and pay by bank transfer against an invoice (T&C § 4.4). Please fill in the form anyway: instead of the contract and payment steps, we send you the offer within one business day, with a link to the contract documents where you accept it with your signature. We invoice the monthly fee in advance for each contract month, with no VAT.

Cited account

Cited Pro for this site is included for the whole term, on your own Cited account. We keep an existing account where the seat can be switched on there; if it has or had its own paid Cited plan, we switch the seat on in a new account, and the earlier history stays in the old one. When the agreement ends, the seat ends on its own, at no cost; the account and its history stay with you.

Payment

$290 net per contract month, charged monthly in advance by card. The minimum term is 3 contract months; either side can cancel with 14 days’ notice to the end of any contract month, the first time to the end of month 3.
