About credentials: Please don’t submit hosting logins, DNS-provider access, WordPress admin, or email-provider logins through this form. You will receive a separate encrypted transfer link by email; on that page your credentials are end-to-end encrypted in your browser before they reach our server. On this page we just need the publicly visible facts — your domain(s), current host name, and DNS provider.
Three possible migration weekends in order of preference. We migrate Saturday evening (your local time) so Sunday is a buffer if anything still needs a tweak.
Before the migration we take a full backup snapshot at your current host—webspace, email mailboxes, and the DNS zone (if managed there). That gives us a complete safety net in case anything needs to be rolled back at cutover.
