Fix Pack

Your website

We don’t contract with consumers.

Public bodies and nonprofits order from us through an individual offer and pay by bank transfer against an invoice (T&C § 4.4). Please fill in the form anyway: instead of the contract and payment steps, we send you the offer within one business day, with a link to the contract documents where you accept it with your signature.

We check it in VIES; it decides how we handle VAT (T&C § 4.2). When you pay through the link, also enter it on its payment page for your invoice.

The Fix Pack covers one website.

Your five fixes

$590 net, one-time, for five items from the menu. We check every item against your live site first; if one is already in place, we suggest another before you pay. An AI Visibility Audit for the same website from the last 60 days counts in full: enter the credit code from your audit on the payment page.

Each item counts as one unit; tick up to five. Items 3 to 7 and 9 can be chosen more than once (another template, FAQ or location, up to 10 more pages or 5 more listings); add that below.

For example, paste the tasks from Cited here, or tell us which audit the action list is from. Tasks that match no menu item aren’t part of the Fix Pack.

Access or paste-pack

With admin or collaborator access we make every change ourselves. Without it, you get the same fixes as a paste-pack at the same price, with step-by-step instructions.

If neither access nor a decision arrives within 30 days of the order and we haven’t started, you get a full refund.

Never send logins through this form. Ideally, set up an account of our own that you revoke after handover.

A current backup has to exist before we start.

Contract documents

Below are the documents for your Fix Pack: our terms, the Statement of Work for the Fix Pack and, where the GDPR requires one, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Signing here doesn’t place an order, and your request doesn’t bind you. The contract is formed only when you pay through the payment link we send with the confirmation of your five items. These documents then apply to the items we confirmed. Please scroll each document to the end, type your full name below, and tick the box.
