   After a nightly server restart, PHP did not start again. Everything has been running normally since 05:11. Our monitoring now also checks that all required services start automatically after a restart.

   A settings change overwrote one client website’s server configuration with an outdated template. It was restored from backup within eight minutes; this is now checked continuously for all sites.

   After a change to how dates are displayed, the blog overview of one client website returned a server error; individual posts and every other page kept working. The overview was back shortly after 5 PM. Since then, every deployment of that site checks all of its public pages for errors first.

   Our server’s security certificate for digitaldomination.xyz had expired because it was not being renewed automatically, so Cloudflare refused the connection. The site was back at around 10:30, and all certificates have renewed automatically since. Client sites were not affected.
