# Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website, get in touch or hire us.

## Controller

Digital Domination LLC
523 Jackson Street, Unit #210
Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101, USA
Email: hey@digitaldomination.xyz

## EU representative (Art. 27 GDPR)

Sandra Mannigel, email: <gdpr@digitaldomination.xyz>

## Visiting the website

When you visit the website, we process your IP address, the time, the page requested, the referrer and your browser identifier to run the site securely, compile visitor statistics and adapt content such as the greeting and the currency to your approximate location (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the server logs within 14 days.

## Contact forms

When you write to us through a form, we process what you enter to answer your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), plus your IP address and the time to prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The fields marked as required are the ones we need to answer your inquiry or perform the contract; everything else is optional. For the automatic acknowledgment, we send your name, subject and message to Anthropic, which drafts the reply with AI (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete inquiries within twelve months unless a legal retention duty applies.

## Clients and projects

For proposals, contracts and their performance, we process the data you give us for that purpose (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). When you sign, accept work or cancel online, we also store your IP address, the time and your browser identifier as proof (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR). We keep invoices and accounting records for up to ten years to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and other contract records for as long as the project and any claims arising from it require.

## Scheduling

The TidyCal booking calendar loads only after you click “Load Calendar.” TidyCal then processes your IP address and whatever you enter there (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

## Cookies and browser storage

We use only technically necessary cookies and browser storage (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). On the payment page, Stripe sets its own cookies to prevent fraud.

## Service providers and US transfers

These service providers receive personal data. They act on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR); Stripe also processes payment data as a controller in its own right.

| Provider | Purpose | Region |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Hosting and backups | EU |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Delivering and protecting the website and its forms | USA |
| Lettermint B.V. | Email delivery | EU |
| Neue Medien Münnich (ALL-INKL.COM) | Mailbox | EU |
| Anthropic, PBC | AI-drafted acknowledgment | USA |
| [TidyCal (Sumo Group, Inc.)](https://tidycal.com/privacy-policy) | Scheduling | USA |
| pCloud International AG | Encrypted backups | EU |
| [Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.](https://stripe.com/privacy) | Payments | EU |

Payments are also handled by our bank. Transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) or on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR); we’ll send you a copy on request. We delete encrypted backups within three years.

## Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Arts. 15–18 and 20 GDPR); an email to hey@digitaldomination.xyz is enough. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

## Right to object

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR); an email is enough for that too.
